Who I am

This website is operated by Constanze Link (Constanze Link Nutrition), a certified nutrition coach based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can reach me at coaching@constanze.link.

What information I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me. This includes:

• Contact and waitlist details - your name and email address when you contact me, join the waitlist, or subscribe to updates.
• Anything you share in a message - for example, when you fill in a contact form or tell me what you're looking for from coaching.

I do not ask for sensitive health information through this website. If we begin working together, any health-related information shared as part of coaching is handled separately under our coaching agreement.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiries and be in touch about coaching;
• add you to my waitlist or email list if you've asked to join;
• send occasional updates, nutrition tips, or news, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• run and improve this website.

I will not use your information for anything you haven't reasonably agreed to, and I will only keep it for as long as needed for these purposes.

The legal basis: your consent

I collect and use your information based on your consent - you give it to me by choosing to fill in a form or email me. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting me or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information, ever. I share it only with the trusted service providers that help me run this website and communicate with you, such as:

• my website platform, Lovable;
• my form and waitlist tools;
• my scheduling tool, if used;
• my website analytics provider, if any.

These providers process information on my behalf and are expected to protect it. Some may store data outside Canada; where that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies or similar tools to help it function and to understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to work only with reputable providers. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. If you ask me to delete your information or unsubscribe, I will remove it from my active lists.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and, in British Columbia, PIPA), you have the right to:

• ask what personal information I hold about you;
• ask me to correct it;
• ask me to delete it;
• withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time.

To make any of these requests, just email me at coaching@constanze.link and I'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This website and my services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
